This year has brought its share of tests, from navigating new and impending aged care standards to refining our governance frameworks amidst evolving NDIS and Aged Care reforms. Our efforts in these areas were evidenced by fully compliant outcomes in both the Aged Care and NDIS Audits. Achieving these results required considerable effort and adaptability as standards and practices changed across both sectors. Each challenge was met with determination and a collaborative approach, and I am immensely proud of the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by our staff throughout this period.
