Queensland Plan Management is a branch within SBcare Incorporated. The Queensland Plan Management service allows you to:

  • Have choice and control over the providers you use (NDIS registered or unregistered)
  • Receive financial and administrative support
  • Make value for money decisions in line with your plan
  • Be at ease knowing the function of paying the bills associated with your plan is made in a timely manner
  • Track your NDIS funding and budgets via an app on your mobile device
  • Receive the service with no out of pocket expenses – the NDIS provides additional funds within your NDIS plan for Plan Management

South Burnett Care is registered with NDIS to provide disability services. This includes anything from personal care to personal training – group activities to supported accommodation, one on one capacity building to supported holidays and most things in between.

We can either directly provide most services or connect you with someone who can.
