If you have more complex needs, you may be able to access Support at Home to help you stay at home for longer with coordinated support from South Burnett Care. We offer a range of services to help you to live independently in your own home for as long as you can by directly providing most services or connecting you with someone who can.
South Burnett Care provides you with a co-designed service agreement and an individualised budget, which means you can decide what services you want and when as well as see exactly what funding is available under the package and how those funds are being spent.
Our pricing is based on the costs we incur to deliver services and maintain a local presence and to respond to our community needs, that is your needs. We promote customer choice and value for money.

Assistance with general upkeep and minor repairs around the home.
Delivering healthy, tasty meals or preparing meals in your home.
Assistance with daily personal activities.
Shopping with you or for you, depending on your needs.
Accessing group social programs to support you in socialising with your community.
Everyday jobs like doing the dishes, laundry and cleaning your house.
Individual support to attend social events or activities.
Nursing services at home.
Respite care services, in your home or in our respite cottage with 24/7 care.
Travelling to or from outings with friends and family or appointments.
During your phone call you will be asked a series of questions to help understand your needs and find what would best suit your situation.
Please be aware, your current provider may charge you an exit fee which will be taken from the funds available in your package. Talk with your current provider to find out if costs apply.
South Burnett Care charges a minimal basic daily fee to all home care package clients, saving you money each week. Our case management fees and administration costs are at the lowest recommended Australian Government rate and we do not charge exit fees if you want to leave us.
